Christina Coleman, Broker
Born and raised in Coos Bay, Oregon, Christina moved with her husband to Bandon in 2006. Having been away from the coast for a while, she was anxious to return to its beauty and was particularly drawn to Bandon after visiting and falling in love with the small town so close to her hometown. She was offered a new job and a place to live, and her husband, also excited about living on the coast, was asked to be an apprentice of a Japanese sword maker. It was meant to be.
Christina loves Bandon and sees the opportunities and potential this small coastal town offers: the sights and sounds of the ocean, Old Town
shopping, U-Pick farms nearby, crabbing, and the variety of restaurants. Nearby, she can find lakes and rivers, the Redwoods, and Coos Bay for its beautiful parks and shopping conveniences.
Living in Bandon has given Christina the opportunity to do the things she loves on a daily basis. Regularly walking the beaches with her dog, cooking and baking, picking berries, swimming in the rivers, and having BBQs on the beach.
Hunting for and going through the process of buying her first home was a great deal of fun for Christina. The feeling of owning a home instead of renting was fantastic, and this led her to the decision to become a real estate broker. Her background in banking and finance taught her a lot, including what it takes to get loans and build credit, as well as programs to help first-time home buyers. Her enthusiasm and experience is a winning combination, and she is excited to be part of the Bandon Property team.
Christina wants to see people have the kind of great experience she had in her first real estate transaction. Her goal is to help people be fully informed when buying or selling homes so they can make the most educated buying and selling decisions, and to help make the experience as pleasant as possible.
Christina can be reached at the Old Town Office (541-347-1234), or on her cell phone (541-260-6933) or via email at Christina@BandonProperty.com.
